Mazda 3 2015 Spy Shot, Interior & Render

The next Mazda 3 expected to debut 2014 is spied while doing some road test in Europe. The Mazda 3 prototype were wearing pattern camouflage but the Mazda’s Kodo design language can all been seen with the shapes and curves of the car.

The next generation of Mazda 3 front is expected to look very much like its siblings (Mazda 6, Mazda CX-5). As we can see there will be a prominent black grille and angled headlights to replace the current model’s smiley face look with a more serious look.

The above photo is a render impression of the how the next generation of Mazda 3 would look like based on the spied shots gathered.

The interior of the Mazda 3 share some design of the Mazda 6,CX5. However we also notice some similarity from  Mercedes-Benz A-Class and the BMW 2-series. The top of the dashboard is fitted with fairly large screen likely for entertainment and navigation system. The center console with hand brake area also features 2 dials ( one bigger and one smaller) likely to use to control the in car entertainment / navigation system. Overall, the new interior looks more premium than its competition in the segment (Example, Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla Altis and etc).

The next generation of Mazda 3 will feature all the Skyactiv technology from Mazda as well as we do expect i-Stop and i-Eloop system to be fitted into certain models.

First Official Photos of 2012 Porsche 911 (Series 991) Leaked

The first official photos of the all-new 2012 Porsche 911 surfaced online ahead of 2011 Frankfurt Motorshow debut.

Although the new Porsche 911 (Series 991) looks similar to the outgoing 911 (Series 997), but it is reported to be about 5.5 cm longer than the current version, with the wheelbase (the distance between front and rear wheels) stretching slightly to offset the extra body length. The car’s roofline is lower than the current model by 1.1 cm.

The new 911 features a more rounded look than the current one, with a more raked windscreen, bulbous new all-LED headlights, and a smoother front bumper with larger intakes and integrated LED daytime running lights.

The rear wheel arches have been pumped to give it a wider look, and the side mirrors are now mounted on the doors. The rear end of the supercar has been significantly re-sculpted, with restyled, slim-line LED taillights, and a smoother bumper bar aiding the streamline effect.

Inside the car, the 911 inherit some design and features from the Porsche Panamera, including new Burmeister stereo systems, satellite navigation and restyled center console.

The entry-level 911 Carrera features an all-new 3.4-litre direct injection 6-cylinder engine with power figures jumping to 261kW (from 254kW) but torque dropping to 380Nm (from 390Nm). The more powerful Carrera S is fitted with a larger 3.8-litre 6-cylinder that produces close to 300kW of power.

Both new engines will be available mated to a new 7-speed manual transmission or Porsche’s 7-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission.

2012 BMW 3-series Spy Shots Without Camouflage

The spy shots of the new 2012 BMW 3-series have find its way and surfaced on the internet at F30post.com. The new 3-series looks similar to the 2011 BMW 5-series apart from the size which is obviously smaller. We are lucky enough to have a first peek of the new 3-series without camouflage before the German automaker BMW unveils it.

The 3-series is the bestselling vehicle from BMW. The fifth generation E90 is due for a full replacement since its debut in 2005. Looks likely, it will be world premiering soon before end of the year!
