The current version of Suzuki Swift started off in Malaysia with CBU units from Japan. Awhile later, DRB-HICOM setup the local assemblie plant to make CKD Suzuki Swift with better specification and a more competitive price. Few days back an “eagle-eyed” driver in Hungary spotted the new Suzuki Swift or rather the 6th generation of Suzuki Swift on a trailer. If you are wondering why in Hungary and not Japan? There’s a factory of Suzuki in Hungary ,Esztergom , a place which is about 60km from Budapest. The driver was able to took the rear view of the new upcoming Suzuki Swift 2011. I am strongly against buying any suzuki. I owned a suzuki vitara for the first time about 2 years ago. I have problems with the noises in the dashboard as if the car is under-powered. Also tyre noise even on slight turn. And then the gearbox, it shifts to low gear every time you cross a bump, thus would not give a smooth drive.
