Not at all, although the origins of the word came from the Kashmir area from the Persian times, we are fortunate that many other locations are now producing cashmere. One in particular is in Inner Mongolia, northern China. This area is the biggest producer of cashmere goats in the wool. Vary the pressure when working with color to give the sketch shadows and highlights. Never mind coloring outside the lines, because neatness in drawing doesn count much compared with the tangible creation that results from the idea. Some designers even purposefully color outside the outline, making the sketch more artistic and abstract. Many films of the 1940s centered on the trials and tribulations of the brave men and women fighting for freedom in Europe and the Pacific. In order to express its support for the hardships and rations endured during the War by regular citizens, Hollywood created simple and subdued costumes during this period. Women dressed in simple suits or slacks with sensible shoes. Batman Forever Return of Swamp Thing (Truly bad but I couldn make a strong enough case to call it a superhero film) Elektra Meteor Man (This film almost made my list but I left if off since it is mainly a spoof) Ghost Rider Dick Tracy And finally, I have to mention one film that was excluded that perhaps deserves the number one spot and that the 1994 Fantastic Four film that was never released theatrically or on video although it been heavily bootlegged. Intending it to be a $40 big budget film, the producer, Neu Constantin was about to lose his rights to the film and had to produce something. He hired director Roger Corman to make the film but not for $40 million. Matchy Matchy doesn't always work in the fashion world because sometimes you have to mix and match your outfits along with a little color. With the rules of wearing white after labor day doesn't really apply anymore. In fashion, you'll need to take certain risks without being afraid to strut your stuff in those outfits that you own. Are you one of those people that know exactly what you want but you have trouble finding it. Try looking for it on Ebay. You will be shocked to find exactly what you are looking for in a very reasonable price. Should petite women buy, tweak, or skip the animal influences trend for fall/winter 2010/2011? I say tweak on this fall fashion trend. Furs, whether real or faux, tend to be quite bulky, so petite women should wear them with care. For example, a fur lined hood may work better than a full length fur coat.

Ford today announced that July sales were an all-time monthly record in Malaysia – besting its previous record performance in June – with overall retail sales that jumped 60 percent year-over-year to 1,390 units.

The record month was driven by continuing strong demand for the popular Ranger, Fiesta and Kuga nameplates and an expanding Ford showroom in Malaysia.

Class-defining Ford Ranger continues to be one of the best-selling pickups in the market this year all-new Ford Kuga SUV

“This is a great way to kick-off the second half of the year. We know that in addition to prioritising value for money, Malaysian drivers also look for segment-leading safety features and smart technologies. With this record sales month, our global Ford vehicles are clearly delivering on these needs,” said David Westerman, managing director, Malaysia and Asia Pacific Emerging Markets, Ford Motor Company.

July retail sales of the class-defining Ranger pickup soared 115 percent year-over-year in July to 868 units – its best-ever monthly performance in Malaysia. Year-to-date, Ranger is the second-best-selling pickup truck in Malaysia, with sales up 53 percent to 4,535 units.

The full Ranger line-up features an unmatched safety package in Malaysia, and is now equipped with additional active and passive safety features, including Ford’s Electronic Stability Program (ESP) across all variants and ISOFIX mounts for child seats in the Wildtrak, as well as all XLT and XL Double Cab variants.

The new Fiesta delivered July retail sales that surged 158 percent year-over-year to 347 units, boosted by strong demand for Ford’s high-performance 1.0L EcoBoost engine. The 1.0L EcoBoost engine, which was recently named International Engine of the Year for the third consecutive year, delivers class-leading power and fuel efficiency in Malaysia.

The stylish all-new Kuga SUV also contributed to the record monthly performance with July sales of 102 units, bringing its year-to-date total to 580 units.

Ford’s overall year-to-date sales have now risen 30 percent to 7,910 units.

Ford’s patented 3-cylinder 1.0L EcoBoost engine is big on power, torque and refinement. The EcoBoost technology combines direct fuel injection, turbocharging and variable valve timing that enable this downsized engine to deliver the power and performance of a conventional 1.6L engine with class-leading fuel efficiency and emissions levels.

The quiet and smooth-running 1.0L EcoBoost engine produces 125 PS of power and peak torque of 170 Nm. With 25 percent fewer moving parts, the three-cylinder EcoBoost delivers both class-leading fuel efficiency of 5.3L/100 km and CO2 emissions of 121g/km.

Tiny enough to fit on a sheet of A4 paper or stow away in an airplane overhead luggage compartment, the 1.0L EcoBoost is the smallest of Ford’s growing global family of EcoBoost engines. The 1.0L EcoBoost is the third EcoBoost engine Ford has introduced in Malaysia.

Replacing large engines with smaller-displacement EcoBoost engines is one way Ford is delivering on its green technology commitment, which balances capability with environmental responsibility with an estimated fuel economy improvement by more than 20 percent and 15 percent less carbon dioxide emissions.

“Customers are going to be pleasantly surprised by how the smallest member of our EcoBoost engine family punches far above its weight,” said David Westerman, managing director, Malaysia and Asia Pacific Emerging Markets, Ford Motor Company. “Customers will immediately notice and appreciate how quiet the engine is, how quickly the car accelerates and most importantly how little fuel it needs.”

The award-winning 1.0L EcoBoost engine was named “International Engine of the Year” – one of the auto industry’s most prestigious awards globally – for both 2012 and 2013.

The new Ford Fiesta 1.0L EcoBoost offers the most comprehensive safety package in its class, including seven airbags – front driver and passenger, side, curtain and driver’s knee airbag.

Key safety and smart features available in the new Ford Fiesta 1.5L variant are also found in the new Fiesta 1.0L EcoBoost. These include:-

  • Electronic Stability Program (ESP) with Traction Control System (TCS) – helps customers remain in control of the car at all times, especially on slippery roads
  • Hill Launch Assist – helps drivers make a perfect hill start whether it’s uphill or downhill, by holding the car for up to three seconds on the slope
  • Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD) and Emergency Brake Assist (EBA)
  • Ford SYNC™ – hands-free and seamless connectivity which allows drivers to answer phone calls and select music from devices connected via Bluetooth® or USB as well as listen to text messages by simply using voice commands. This helps drivers to keep their hands on the wheel and eyes on the road at all times.
  • Rear Parking Aid with Park Pilot – keeps drivers from backing into obstacles they cannot see when reverse parking as well as during parallel parking
  • Rain-Sensing Wipers – an optical sensor located behind the windscreen that detects the rain and automatically activates the wipers for the driver
  • Smart Keyless Entry with Ford’s Push Button Start

“The Fiesta is key driver of the company’s successful product-led transformation. We are confident that the new Fiesta 1.0L EcoBoost will continue to attract even more new-to-Ford customers, with its unmatched combination of quality, fuel efficiency, safety, smart technologies, head-turning looks and value for money,” said Westerman.

As with all Ford passenger vehicles available in Malaysia, the new Fiesta comes with Ford’s Extended Service Plan (ESP) to provide added peace of mind to customers at no extra cost. Ford ESP is a free three-year or 60,000km maintenance programme that covers parts and labour free of charge.

In addition to routine inspection and maintenance services, Ford’s ESP covers free replacements for selected wear-and-tear items, including spark plugs, shock absorbers, engine belts, brake pads and wiper blades.
