Honda Civic Type R – the top of the range 4-door sedan from Honda Japan that produces 220hp from the K20A engine will be phased out. The production line has only 15 days to finish the last batch of the Legendary Honda Civic Type R. This is due to the gas-guzzling sports car which is difficult to respond to the emission regulation.

The “Type R” brand has been a symbol of Honda’s Racing Spirit image.

However the Honda Euro Civic Type R (3 door hot hatch) is still on the production as usual in the UK plant. But Honda Japan might discontinue the model that imported from UK.

The 1st model of Honda Civic Type R was released in 1997, and has been popular with automotive fans of high-performance driving.

For those who think that they still want to save up some catch to get the car later. Wait no longer, as this is your last chance to purchase a brand new Honda Civic Type R. We also predict the market price of the car will go up as it will be limited.
