Audi released the first official pictures of the B8 series A4 in August 2007, and unveiled the car to the public at the September 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show. In Malaysia, Euromobil brought in the A4 B8-series in 2008. Audi A4 1.8 TFSI and A4 2.0 TSFI Quattro S line are the two available options with the price range from RM235,000 to RM309,800 before optional equipments like Bang & Olufsen sound system, styling package, satellite navigation system.

The A4 B8 Series is a head-turner, for sure! The car looks sleek, sporty and attractive with its LED daytime running lights. Trust me, the car looks even better with its aftermarket tuning aerokit. Therefore, I will feature one of the aerokit for Audi A4 from Rieger Tuning in this post.

Tommy Kaira published the first official photo of the modified Japanese domestic market Mitsubishi Colt Ralliart from its firm. The modified Colt-R gets a cosmetic makeover with a redesigned front end that includes a new grille and a more aggressively styled bumper while the 5-door supermini also features a carbon-fiber racing strip.

The standard JDM Mitsubishi Colt Ralliart is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 154HP that sends power to the front wheels through a Getrag five-speed manual gearbox.

The Japanese tuner said that further details and photos will be released at a later date.

Since the new Mk-6 Volkswagen Golf GTI available for sale in Europe, many German tuning firm are readying to release many goodies to spices up the new GTI. Following ABT’s recently revealed sport package, MR Cardesign form Erftstadt is the latest German firm to apply its tuning knowledge on the Golf GTI VI. First up is an engine kit that includes an ECU upgrade which lifts output from 210HP and 280Nm of torque to a punchy 260HP and 380Nm.

The additional 50HP and 100Nm helps reduce the GTI’s 0 to 100km/h time from 6.9 seconds to 5.8 seconds while the hot hatchback’s top speed is increased from 240km/h to 263km/h.

In addition to powertrain upgrades, MR Cardesign offers a sport suspension from KW that lowers the car by 50mm up front and by 40mm at the back, along with a high performance brake system from Sportech and 19-inch alloy wheels shod in Vredestein tires size 225/35 R19. Customer may also opt for a more sonorous sport exhaust system.

The tuning engineers at ABT Sportsline’s developed two performance kits for the new GTI with option of 260hp and 300hp.

For the first kit, ABT adding the usual ECU and exhaust system upgrades that lift output to 260 horsepower.

In addition to these enhancements, the second kit adds a new turbocharger that helps boost power to 300HP allowing the car to accelerate from rest to 100km/h in under 6.0 seconds. In comparison, the factory Golf GTI VI sprints from 0 to 100km/h in 7.2 seconds.

Helping to improve the GTI’s handling is a set of lower, stiffer springs plus a high-performance brake system and newly designed 18 or 19 inch alloys.

ABT also developed an appearance package for the GTI that takes the red pin stripe theme to a new level. The kit consists of a new grille, front bumper with LED daytime lights and a lip spoiler, side skirts, roof spoiler and a rear diffuser.

For interior dressing, ABT upgraded the GTI’s interior with red accents on the steering wheel, the instrument gauges the dashboard and the door trims.

There is no pricing indication for comprehensive sport package from ABT, however ABT mentioned that they will announced at a later date.

These days everyone is talking about Matte Black and Flat Black finishing, whatever they call it. However, this type finishing really deliver a ‘Wow’ factor to all the pedestrian or other road users especially on those super car and super luxurious car like lamborghini, Rolls-Royce or a GTR.

I was scanning one of the tuners website – FBLSports.com over lunch, when I came across this stunning Matte Black BMW M3 Coupe from the States. From what I can from the surface, this project car is created by FBLSports in cooperation with Racing Dynamics. Racing Dynamics is one of the american enterprise that manufacture performance parts and styling accessories for BMW, Mini and Porsche.

A set of huge wheels always looks good fitted on a Beemer for all models from E36 to E46 and to E90. This featured project car is fitted with 12mm front wheel spacers to make it wider.

Adding to the huge variety of performance and styling packages on offer for the Nissan GT-R, Abflug from Japan’s released a new aero kit for the R35 sports car. The complete package consists of a front lip spoiler, new side skirts, a rear apron housing the diffuser, all finished in black. There’s also a carbon fiber rear wing and an optional set of new alloy wheels from Enkei.

Japan’s Monster Motor Group release to have readied the 360 SPEC Lancer Evolution X which is sold as a complete car. Among other improvements, the tuners at Monster modified the EVO X’s 2.0-liter turbocharged engine boosting output to 360HP and 50kgm of torque. Monster Motor offers two variants of the 360 SPEC, with the GSR-based model priced at 4.5 million Yen and the GSR Premium-based car at 5.3 million Yen.
