Got more than RM250,000 to spend on a car? Here’s another option for fellow Malaysians to consider. Following the hype of the Toyota 86 since last Friday. We got these photos from one of our special friend. The Toyota 86 TRD (Toyota Racing Development) edition or at this stage at least with a TRD bodykit.

If you missed our article on the Toyota 86 TRD earlier, check out what Toyota Racing Development has done to pimp up the all-new Toyota 86. At first glance, the Toyota 86 has been wrap up with Front Spoiler, Side Skirt, Rear Under Spoiler, Rear Trunk Spoiler and a set of 18-inch Aluminium Wheel ‘SF2′ (Forged) as stated on the list from TRD earlier.

However after inspecting the photos, we notice there aren’t any 6 pot red calipers that suppose to be in the TRD package equipped to this particular Toyota 86 TRD. At this stage our guess is Toyota Racing Development parts are all optional. According to the list earlier, the Toyota 86 TRD also suppose to equipped with sports seats and sports meter gauge as well.

From the rear of this Toyota TRD 86, immediately we notice there are 2 exhaust tailpipes on each side of the car, by making it 4 exhaust tailpipes. These exhaust systems should be the High Response Muffler Ver.R ones as stated in the list. As Toyota 86 set a high price from RM243k, do expect the TRD version goes more than RM250,000. For those who wondering, where can you view the Toyota 86 TRD, we got insider news said that it will be displayed in this weekend Super GT 2012 in Sepang International Circuit (9-10 June 2012).

Owning a Toyota GT 86 (also known as Toyota 86 in Japan) or a Subaru BRZ, it is inevitable that owners have thoughts of making the 2+2 coupe goes faster in true horse power and as well as faster aesthetically. That’s where the Toyota’s tuner’s company TRD (Toyota Racing Development) market is. TRD has come out with a number of parts that allows customers to tune up their Toyota 86. 

Parts list includes a set allow round bodykits, a free-flowing exhaust, fully adjustable suspension and nice red monoblock caliper kit.  18″ wheels are optional with few design to choose from. Interior wise, will be TRD sports seats, sport meter, push start button and shift knob.

For those eagerly awaits more horsepower tuning kit from TRD to tune up one Toyota 86 with some turbo-charge or supercharger, best just hope for the Subaru BRZ Sti edition as the engine comes from Subaru.TRD Japan recently tuned up a few Toyota 86 with TRD parts and invite a few lucky people ( mostly Japanese journalist) to get behind the wheel and have some fun with the Toyota 86 TRD.
